What to resolve

Once a year, we have a little too much to drink and look with unexpected honesty at our lives. Such is the ritual of the New Year’s resolution. Shocked by what we see, we faithfully promise those equally drunken family and friends around us that we will mend our ways and make big changes starting tomorrow. Ah, tomorrow, the time when bars serve free beer and you never need feel guilty about today. Well, it rarely ever works. Most of us wake on the first and can’t remember what we promised. Even if we remember, the hangover is usually so fierce we think the challenge too great and give up before we start. So when it comes to erectile dysfunction, what should the resolutions look like? We found the following answers in a bottle on a beach near here.

You have to assume the ability to have good sex is all about the health of the body and the mood. So we have to start with the traditional resolutions. First, we’re finally going to quit smoking. Nicotine is an all-round vicious substance that constricts the arteries, causing erectile dysfunction over time. It also reduces the sperm count and makes you less likely to become a father (it’s for you to decide whether this is a good thing). Then, we’re going to cut down on the amount of booze. Ah, the demon alcohol. It affects our judgement and, more importantly, throws off our coordination. When you’re trying to get together with your partner, being able to keep your balance and point in the right direction are essential skills. Then we have to bust all the sources of stress. The more we’re distracted by outside events, the less peace in our minds, the more likely it is we will have a bad sex life. That’s a good threesome to get you in the mood.

Now come all those health resolutions we all love to ignore. It’s all starts with that full feeling after Christmas and all the feasting. Quick as a flash, you’re promising to lose weight. This is good for you. Men who lose weight have better health and fewer problems with sex. They also look better and, with better self-confidence, perform better in bed. Now add in the diet with smaller portions of more healthy food. Lower levels of sugar and cholesterol reduce the risk of diabetes, avoid the danger of artherosclerosis and keep blood pressure under control, all of which make erectile dysfunction less likely.

Put all this together and you have a fairly standard list of resolutions but the purpose is slightly different. Most men who make these promises every year are not thinking of their own sexual health. If they think about it at all, they put their trust in Levitra should anything go wrong. Over the short term, this is quite sensible except it ignores the cause of the erectile dysfunction. Some of the causes can be serious. Levitra only treats the erectile dysfunction. If you want a long life, keep the resolutions and see a doctor if anything goes wrong.
